1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact information such as name, email address, and messages.
• Company information, including organization, role, website, project needs, proposed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Resident information, including training email, specialty, PGY level, residency program, sponsoring institution, graduation date, and verification information.
• Account, engagement, screening, attestation, proposal, compensation, response, and connection information.
• Documents voluntarily submitted for a specific private verification or review process.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and analytics providers may collect page views, referring pages, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and interactions such as form or signup completion. We do not use analytics events to send message contents, passwords, private documents, or internal screening answers.

2. Information we do not request

RAN is not a patient-care service or medical-record system. Do not provide protected health information, identifiable patient details, EHR materials, private credentials, confidential institutional or employer information, trade secrets, or restricted research data. We may remove submitted material that appears inappropriate for the service.

3. How we use information

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and network.
• Respond to inquiries and provide account support.
• Verify users and evaluate whether an inquiry or engagement may be suitable for further review.
• Scope proposals, coordinate optional opportunities, and facilitate confirmed connections.
• Maintain audit, security, fraud-prevention, and business records.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
• Measure aggregate traffic sources, page use, and conversion events.

4. How information is shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary:

• With service providers supporting hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, and email delivery, including Vercel, Supabase, Google Analytics, Resend, and email-hosting providers.
• Between a Company and a Resident only at the stage described in the applicable workflow or with appropriate direction or consent.
• With professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or security consultants.
• When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service.
• In connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money or use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand site traffic and conversion activity. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own terms. You can restrict cookies through your browser and may use Google's available analytics opt-out controls. Restricting these technologies may affect measurement but should not prevent ordinary use of the site.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including account administration, engagement records, dispute resolution, audit requirements, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or object to certain processing. 8. Age and location

The service is intended for adults age 18 or older and is operated from the United States. It is not directed to children. If you access the service from another jurisdiction, you understand that information may be processed in the United States.
