Pricing varies by engagement

Clear scope. Fixed compensation. Customized Company pricing.

Each project is scoped individually based on the expertise required, number of Residents, engagement format, time commitment, preparation requirements, and complexity. Companies may include a proposed budget or target spend when submitting a request. Admin then reviews the scope and returns a fixed all-in quote for Company acceptance before Resident outreach begins.

Company quotes include Resident compensation plus network sourcing, matching, verification, engagement screening, and administration. Residents do not bid against one another and Companies do not browse a public rate marketplace.

Recurring versus one-time engagement

Compensation is fixed in advance for defined work and must never depend on referrals, prescribing, purchasing, utilization, sales, or business generated.

Why pricing is customized today

Early projects are intentionally scoped one at a time.

Different engagements can require very different levels of expertise, preparation, matching effort, and compliance review. Rather than publish a single rate before enough real engagement data exists, the network uses internal starting-point guidance and a human review to create a defined proposal.

For the Company

You may tell us the budget you would like us to work within. That requested budget is not binding on either side; after review, you receive a fixed all-in proposal and decide whether to accept it before Resident outreach starts. If the scope or quote changes materially after acceptance, the revised proposal must be accepted again before additional Resident matching begins.

For the Resident

You see the compensation, time expectation, and defined scope before deciding whether to express interest. You may decline the opportunity without penalty.
