For companies

Resident insight without a public resident marketplace.

Tell us what your team needs to learn. We help define the engagement, review the project, identify the right Resident profiles, and coordinate a structured connection after the required checks are complete.

What you can use the network for

Questions that benefit from the perspective of physicians in training.

Resident Advisory Network is designed for structured insight — not recruiting, prescribing influence, referral generation, or access to protected or confidential information.

Product & usability research

Evaluate physician-facing workflows, prototypes, onboarding, digital health tools, healthcare AI products, and medical-device concepts.

Clinical workflow research

Understand how Residents communicate, document, triage, learn, hand off care, and interact with the systems around them.

Market & diligence insight

Test assumptions about adoption, unmet needs, specialty differences, training environments, and the realities facing future attending physicians.

Focus groups & panels

Bring together several Residents with selected specialties or PGY levels for a moderated discussion around a defined topic.

Content & education review

Gather structured feedback on educational content, Resident-facing resources, messaging, or clinical training tools.

Ongoing advisory work

Create a recurring Resident advisory relationship when the scope, compensation, institutional requirements, and project boundaries are clearly defined.

Example engagements

What a project could look like.

Three 1:1 interviews

A digital health team interviews three Neurology Residents for 60 minutes each to identify friction in a physician-facing workflow.

Five-Resident product panel

A healthcare AI company convenes Residents across selected specialties to review a prototype and discuss where it would — or would not — fit into daily practice.

Resident market diligence

An investor or strategy team tests assumptions about a clinical problem, current workarounds, and likely adoption barriers before making a larger decision.

How it works

A concierge process rather than a directory.

1. Describe

Choose the type of insight, question, format, timeline, and optional specialty and PGY preferences.

2. Scope, review & accept

We review the project, define the Resident scope and compensation, screen the engagement, and provide a fixed all-in Company quote. The Company accepts that fixed proposal before Resident outreach begins.

3. Match & connect

After proposal acceptance, verified Residents can be offered the opportunity. Each Resident may decline, and only individually cleared Residents can be formally matched and connected.

Company pricing is fixed before Resident outreach begins. The quote includes Resident compensation plus sourcing, matching, verification, screening, and network administration. Accepting the quote authorizes matching to begin; it does not automatically connect a Resident or guarantee participation.
